Built in 2003/2004 (completed 2004), Harrier Court and the Lancaster One MCL suffered a 3 year period of mis-management and neglect at the hands of an unscrupulous managing agent and an uninterested developer.

In February 2007 active residents forced an EGM and resident Directors were appointed. The development is now managed by the Leaseholders themselves.
