The Directors would like to thank the vast majority of residents for adhering to the developments restrictions in respect of parking since the inception of the Parkforce system last year.

Unfortunately, due to the inconsiderate actions of a small minority, the system has become unmanageable. Therefore, the Directors have taken the decision to sub-contract the management of the car park and all external areas to National Clamps. Any vehicle parked in an ‘unanuthorised’ manner will be imobilised and may be removed.

The lease is somewhat long winded in respect of parking but what it boils down to is this:

• Residents with an allocated space may park a single vehicle in that space only and nowhere else.
• Residents without an allocated space may not park anywhere on the estate.
• Visitors must use offsite parking.
