The Directors would like to thank the vast majority of residents for adhering to the developments restrictions in respect of parking since the inception of the Parkforce system last year.
Unfortunately, due to the inconsiderate actions of a small minority, the system has become unmanageable. Therefore, the Directors have taken the decision to sub-contract the management of the car park and all external areas to National Clamps. Any vehicle parked in an ‘unanuthorised’ manner will be imobilised and may be removed.
The lease is somewhat long winded in respect of parking but what it boils down to is this:
- Residents with an allocated space may park a single vehicle in that space only and nowhere else.
- Residents without an allocated space may not park anywhere on the estate.
- Visitors must use offsite parking.

Great news! Neil and Paul have finished the re-decorating of the common internal parts. This has made a fantastic difference to the place. The paint is much more robust and also wipeable so hopefully this will make upkeep much easier.
Neil is also quoting for the external woodwork and we hope that (weather permiting) this will be completed over the summer months. Neil’s details have been added to the contractors page for anyone wishing to employ his services.
